You can cancel your Clear View Credit membership at any time — online, in about 30 seconds, with no phone call required.
How to cancel
Sign in and go to Account → Billing → Cancel membership. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after you cancel.
Cancelling during your trial
If you cancel before your trial ends, you will not be charged the recurring membership price. Any trial fee already charged is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your first paid month and we will refund that month's membership fee. This guarantee applies to your first paid month only.
What happens when you cancel
You keep access to the Service through the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, monitoring and alerts stop. You may reactivate at any time.
